Cape Coral has been our home since we built our home here in 1998. When we first arrived from the East Coast, Miami to be specific. We first rented a home On the River in Fort Myers.  The River was where everyone wanted to be, but renting was not the long term lifestyle we wanted. So we loaded up the four cats and two afghan hounds and moved to Cape Coral.

The Cape is one of the largest land masses in the US, surrounded by 400 miles of Canals, and waterways, some which lead directly out to the spectacular Gulf of Mexico and it’s colorful sunsets. Richard and I are both native Floridians and We love being close to the water. Anything above sea level is too cold for us.

The Cape first reminded me of Key Biscayne, where you would drive across the Causeway, and the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay would
Be dazzling and capture your imagination.  The Cape is so much like that because you have two beautiful bridges with gorgeous views to choose from.

Cape Coral is divided into various Units, and for MLS purposes GEO areas. The areas that I will be writing about are CC22, CC23, and CC24.
There are 27 Units associated with these areas, and I’m fortunate enough to be able to live in the middle.

I will be updating information about places to go, sights and restaurants, shopping, and events. I do hope you will let me know what you would like to see and hear about, by emailing me if you’d like.
From the Cape Harbour Marina, and the upscale shopping, restaurants including Rum Runners and my favorites, “The Joint”, to the tropical
Vacation like area of Burnt Store Marina across Pine Island, Cape Coral
Is loaded with nature, sights, wildlife, fun and favorites for everyone. There are new shops including Belks, Home Goods, Starbucks, and a Deli, at Sands and Veteran’s Parkway.

Wildlife abounds with egrets, owls, cranes, ducks, ibis, and
Hawks. You don’t even need to drive out to Ding Darling Nature
Preserve to see a multitude of creatures in their natural habitat.

For the boating enthusiast, those Gulf Access canals, and waterfront properties are ideal for canoeing, and sailing into the sunset. The prices were never lower on these homes, and condos. Why wait and give up your chance to own a home in this Glorious area?

Whether you plan on coming here for a weekend, a month or the rest of your life….. we have plenty to offer and the superb professional licensed Realtors to assist you in your purchase.

There are beautiful homes in this part of the Cape, Condos such as the Gated communities of Heatherwood Lakes, and golfing community, Cape Royal, known as Coral Tee Country Club, is the one gated golf community in the Cape which boasts 27 holes of championship golf, with no membership fees, Sandoval (by Bonita Bay Group), Luxury properties and multi-family units available.

While the news has the Cape in various stages of financial concern and
Its issues, the main thing is that there are opportunities and growth
In the Cape that are bound to happen, and they are happening if you are willing to LOOK!

This is our home. We love coming home and knowing that the Cape is
One of the safest areas. It is certainly less hectic and congested than other areas where we’ve lived. It is from the Cape that I will answer your questions and concerns and hopefully provide value to your day.

I look forward to hearing from you.
