Welcome to the Cape Coral Unit 64 Blog! The year 2009 is shaping up to be a busy one. The prices have gotten so low that now really is the time to buy and the buyers are here looking for the bargains. If you are a serious boater consider the great homes in Unit 64!

Currently there are 57 active listings in unit 64, of these 40 are waterfront homes. The prices range from $79,000 to $1,365,000, the Gulf access homes start at $225,000. There are 9 homes currently under contract. There were 75 homes sold last year in 2008, 60 of home were Gulf access. So far this year there have already been 2 home sales.
