Colonial Pointe current Home Owners Association is one that has the concern for the neighborhood and it’s residents.  They do everything they can to keep the dues as reasonable as possible.  We are a community that many chip in and help around the community to keep those dues reasonable.  WE are a community of people helping people and favors are returned.  
 
Currently the dues which are paid quarterly, take care of basic cable, lawn care for the common area, gate, roads, common land insurance, lighting on the community road, the pond and the wall that is located Lakewood Avenue, fishing is allowed if you own on the lake.
 
We do not have a community pool, clubhouse or anything that would raise your dues.
 
So, come, enjoy the peacefulness of our community, and the fantastic location that everyone is looking for, we feel that we are a hidden secret in Ft. Myers.
