Welcome to the Caloosa Trace blog. I’m Mike Bohman, Broker/Owner of Shorebird Realty, LLC. I moved to the subdivision 4 years ago and I have been a member of the Board of Directors for the last two years. As such, I do not list properties in the subdivision because of possible conflicts of interest – I will represent Buyers, though. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
I picked the neighborhood because it has a great location near the intersection of Interstate 75 and Alico Road – exit 128. I moved into the neighborhood because of the well-kept homes, friendly neighbors, and low traffic. Families walk with their dogs and their babies in strollers down the middle of the street because very few cars pass by. I do enjoy living here in this quiet, family oriented community.
